I have been making some real progress on both the pool and my waist line.
Pool: Pool is in and we have been swimming for two weeks. It's awesome. I have done a lot of the landscaping, but I have a good weekend or two's worth of effort left to finish. See Insta for the pics once she is all done.
Note: Moving sod and rock is both good for the soul and the waist.
Weight: About 203 right now. Got as low as 197 last weekend, totally dehydrated from working, but I will take it. The first 20 is in the books, it is this second 20 that trips me up. I will need to pick up the diet and start eating better, you can't outwork a bad diet.
