I took a school field trip to DC with the twins. We did the Capitol, Arlington, The Memorials on the National Lawn, Smithsonian, and other stuff. It was a great three day trip with the kids. Lots of pics.

Seriously... I can do this... right? I mean, I think I can. :)
My kryptonite has always been my diet, always. I work out, I like to walk, I lift, I do things, but I eat like a dumpster ferret.
